I just wanted to extend my immense gratitude and thank you to you and Unity!! Unity was AMAZING and EVERYONE keeps talking about how it was the best wedding band they have ever experienced!! They made our day so special and helped to make it PERFECT!! Everyone was awesome and we greatly appreciate everything you all did for us. I will be recommending Unity/Murray Hill Talent to everyone I know!! Thanks again for everything, we will never forget this day thanks to you guys!!!

Unity was phenomenal!! Their energy was off the charts and the dance floor was packed all night – we’ve never seen a dance floor like that at a wedding! The band clearly put a lot of care and effort into crafting the setlist around our style and accommodating our requests. They set the tone right away and did not let off the gas for the next 4 hours, even on breaks. Our guests keep telling us how impressed they were – Unity is one of the first things they mention when they talk to us about our wedding. The performance was so memorable, from the vocals to the horns (!) – we loved it all. We can’t thank Unity and Murray Hill Talent enough for making our wedding so special – we’d recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Emily and I are getting back into the swing of things after our wedding and honeymoon and we wanted to thank you guys for giving us an unforgettable experience on our 9/21/24 wedding. Unity was phenomenal!! Their energy was off the charts and the dance floor was packed all night – we’ve never seen a dance floor like that at a wedding! The band clearly put a lot of care and effort into crafting the setlist around our style and accommodating our requests. The sousaphone was an incredible surprise for Emily’s father-daughter dance to “You’ve Got a Friend in Me”, and the horn parade during the second set was legendary.

From start to finish the Murray Hill Team was fabulous – super communicative & easy to work with. The booking process was seamless & very easy to manage. The keyboard at the ceremony was the perfect touch. Unity STOLE THE SHOW! The crowd was electric the entire night. The dance floor was always full & it was exactly what we were looking for! They were also extremely kind & appreciative. We would highly recommend Unity for anyone who’s looking to have the best night of their lives. We’re already looking for another excuse to throw a party with them!

We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude to each of you for being the soul of our wedding. Not only did your music bring the party to life, but your professionalism, flexibility and celebratory spirit went above and beyond our expectations. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention your willingness to let me play drums with the band and have that out of body experience with all my friends & family. Who wouldn’t want to play drums on your wedding day, am I right?!? We truly couldn’t be happier that we chose Murray Hill to provide the entertainment & soundtrack for the best day of our lives. We used the Murray Hill band Unity for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made throughout the planning process. The band was so high-energy and talented and had the dance floor packed for hours. Communicating with them in advance was easy and they did a great job of anticipating the type of music our guests would enjoy and keeping everyone happy. The band learned a song for our first dance which sounded amazing – they are by far one of the better wedding bands we’ve seen. We also used a few different MH musicians during our dinner (it was in a different location than dancing) which worked out great as well. We just got back from our honeymoon last night and I had three emails/messages from friends asking for the name of the band/company to use themselves or forward on to friends getting married in the area. Unity and Cory, our contact at MH are all top-notch, wonderful to work with and sure to make you a happy bride!”

We had an amazing wedding weekend, everything was perfect. I just wanted to say thanks for all your help. And ask you to pass on to Unity a huge THANK YOU from Dave and I. They were wonderful, so much fun! Our guests absolutely LOVED them! We keep hearing from our guests how much they loved the band!

Unity was absolutely fantastic!  The group played many wonderful Latin pieces that had many more people of all ages dancing than in years past and was very responsive in lowering the volume upon request.  It was such a success and I will send you copies of any press.  The editor of the local Beacon Hill Times was one of the last people off the dance floor and said there should be a story this Tuesday.

Unity was amazing. Everything went just as we’d hoped, from us being announced as a couple (Ryan was awesome!) to our first dance (Unity learned a song for us and performed it perfectly) to the father/daughter dances (which Unity also performed) to the rest of the night which ended up being an even better party than either of us dared imagine. People were on the dance floor all night, and Unity really brought it with their song selections and by interacting with/playing off the crowd. Even my grandfather, who very shakily walks with a cane, was “dancing.” We received so many comments during and after the reception about how great the band was, and would 100% recommend Unity to anyone who is looking to have a baller wedding reception/upbeat party.
 
It was also incredibly convenient to have Unity musicians perform during the ceremony (solo keyboardist) and cocktail hour (keyboard/sax jazz duo) – so much easier than booking a random individual/adding another vendor to the mix!

We had Murray Hill Talent’s band Unity perform at our wedding and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Everyone (parents, older family members, younger family members, friends…) had an unbelievable time. You definitely can’t go wrong with this band. In addition to the wedding itself, they were also terrific to work with leading up to the wedding. Cory and Ryan were very organized and gave us full confidence that the wedding would go off without a hitch. Ryan also played acoustic guitar for us during the ceremony itself and during the cocktail hour. Not surprisingly, he did an amazing job during these two components as well. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed with going with Unity!!!

UNREAL. I can’t even begin to explain how awesome/amazing/incredible you guys were last night. Everyone wanted to know who you were, where the band was from, and how were you all SO good! We knew we wanted a live band at our wedding but you blew us away with the talent and energy on the stage last night. I can’t say enough good things about you guys! From start to finish the whole company has been a breeze to work with and since the minute the band took the stage you set exactly the vibe we were trying to encourage. Thank you for making yesterday the most incredibly epic day of our lives – it would not have been the same without Unity!!!!! All our love,

Excellent !! Nothing short of excellent !! I’ve been meaning to drop Murray Hill Talents a note for a quite some time. We are three months past our holiday event, but to this day people comment on what a successful event it was. Top of the list for things they enjoyed most was the band Unity. The band did a marvelous job of sensing what the crowd wanted, providing it and then giving it all they had to keep people on the floor. It was a great night.  As for working with Murray Hill Talent generally, you made the planning easy and effortless. From the initial interaction with Tom to Corin’s on-site presence (and music ! ) at the event. They showed the utmost in professionalism and certainly delivered in terms of customer satisfaction.We have not yet started our planning for our next holiday party, but you can be assured that when we do, Murray Hill Talent and Unity will be (again) at the top of the list! Thanks, ever so much !!P.S. and yes, were all spreading the word ! Feel free to pass on my name and number for references.

I just got home from my honeymoon and wanted to send you and Unity a quick to note to say thank you for your amazing performance at our wedding!! You played such a great variety of music from old Sinatra  to Country.  All our guests loved your music and many were asking who the band was! I believe you’re also playing at my good friend Krissy’s wedding on the Cape in a few weeks.  We’re looking forward to seeing you then!!

Thank you again for all your help coordinating with the band. As mentioned in my previous email, we are thrilled with Unity. We felt Dave really understood the vibe we were going for based on one conversation with him, which we really appreciated. He asked good questions and really listened to our vision. Our friends continue to comment on the Band as one of the highlights of the evening. We only wish we could do it again!!
Please find below some specific feedback and let me know if you’d like anything more.

Set up – Band was on time and well prepared; they were also extremely friendly in introducing themselves to us and conveying their excitement to be there.
Ceremony – Keyboardist played the requested songs and set the right tone.
Cocktail Hour – Guitar player played a perfect variety of songs and at the appropriate volume for people to mingle
Dinner – Sound equipment was set up without a hitch. They also coordinated well with the event planner on timing of introductions, toasts, cake cutting etc. It was a huge help to have them guide the overall timing.
First Dances – there was a slight mix up in order but this was a non-issue for Abby and me – their version of Higher Love was perfect.
Set list 1 & 2 – A real good variety and executed on what we asked – provide energy for a dance party. This was the first wedding we’ve been to, where the crowd boo’ed, when they played their only slow song. 🙂 We also appreciated that the band break was quick and appropriately times.
Crushed Dynamite – same song that we walked back down the aisle to (from the keyboardist).
Strong start to Set list 2 with Shake it Off (only song that was requested other than first dances).
The sax player coming into the crowd was awesome and blurred the line between band and guest – we were all friends just having a good time.
Everyone keeps mentioning the strength of the female vocalist in particular.
Finale – brought the house down with Your Love – The Outfield.
It was very much appreciated that you all connected directly with Evelyn at the venue as it took away some stress out of the process for us.

Lastly, Unity (as stated in point #1) did a great job of being one with the party and were extremely excited to be there – it looked like they were having fun too!

I haven’t had the chance to check in with you guys since Saturday night, but I wanted to make sure I reached out ASAP to say thank you. The band was awesome and we could not be happier with how everything turned out (including Dave crushing Born to Run!).
Everyone had a blast and we heard countless specific comments on how great you guys were. Let us know if there is any place you would like us to post our glowing review- we would be happy to share how great our experience was with you guys.
